Things You Need to Know

If upon receipt of your purchase you determine that the item needs to be exchanged, you must report it within 24 hours of receipt of purchase by emailing Please be sure to include the order number, an image of the item and your contact information in the email. You must then ship the item back with appropriate tracking and insurance service through your carrier of choice, within the following 48 hours after you have reported the request for exchange. You will also be responsible for the return shipping , which we will bill you for. Please forward the tracking info to, upon receipt of the package we will contact you to get the new item to you.
